Welcome to Our Ashtanga Yoga Shala

At the heart of our Shala is the traditional Ashtanga Yoga practice, rooted in the lineage of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and Sharath Jois. We hold space for an authentic, dedicated practice while supporting each student’s individual journey of strength, clarity, and inner growth.

Yoga here is more than exercise; it is a path of discipline, devotion, and self-awareness.

What We Offer:

Led Classes

Led classes are group sessions where the teacher leads everyone through the sequence together. This helps students synchronize breathe and movement, stay in rhythm, and experience the energy of practicing as a group.

Mysore-Style Classes

Each student practices at their own pace, following the traditional sequence. The teacher gives individual guidance, adjustments, and support. This style helps you build focus, stability, and personal growth over time.

Primary & Intermediate Series

We teach both the Primary Series (Yoga Chikitsa) and Intermediate Series (Nadi Shodhana) step by step, according to each student’s ability and readiness. We focus on breath, alignment, and steady progression, so each student develops a strong and safe practice.

Shala Timings:

Morning: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Evening: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Moon Days & Observed Rest

In the Ashtanga tradition, Full Moon (Purnima) and New Moon (Amavasya) days are observed as Moon Days. On these days, there are no asana classes.
